As you will be aware, there were significant changes to COVID restrictions from 1 April 2022. However, as employers, school's have a duty under health and safety legislation to identify risks in the workplace and put in place reasonable control measures to help protect the safety of staff, pupils and visitors.

It is recommended that schools continue to have a risk assessment in place which records the control measures in. The new risk assessment is available below to download as well as a copy of the advice sheet for parents of children with a respiratory infection.
